Somewhere you can send a client without thinking twice
You need a referral that will not become a problem in your file. That is a shorter list than it should be.
A client who cannot produce originals costs you hours you cannot bill well and creates risk you did not create. A client who stores things somewhere that markets opacity costs you considerably more than that.
We are direct about the thing that matters to you: every access here is identified and logged, and valid subpoenas and court orders are honored. That is not a caveat we bury. It is the reason a referral here is safe.
What matters
- Identity verified against government-issued photo ID at every entry.
- Timestamped access log, available to the account holder.
- Valid legal process honored. No anonymous or unrecorded arrangements exist here.
- Rental by an individual, jointly, or by a trust or entity — whichever your matter needs.
- Signed intake inventory, so what exists is a document rather than a recollection.
How we handle it
- Call and we will talk through the structure before the client arrives.
- We can hold an appointment slot for a client on a disclosure deadline.
- We do not contact your client without you unless they ask us to.
Where we stop
We store. We do not advise, mediate, appraise, or hold escrow, and we will say so to your client if they ask us to.
