What we collect, and why

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts.

If you use the visit form, we receive your name, the phone number or email you give, your preferred way to be contacted and any message you write. We use it only to reply to you. It is stored in our customer records and never sold or shared for marketing.

The form also records the page you sent it from and the site that first referred you here, so we know how people find us. That is stored in your browser and sent only if you submit the form.

Please do not put account numbers, case numbers or the details of a dispute in the form. We will ask for what we need in person.
